Pet Owners
It is the responsibility of all persons who walk a dog or cat on public and/or private property to provide for the disposal of the solid waste material excreted by said dog by immediate removal of the waste except when the dog or cat is on the owner or keeper's property and except for dogs properly trained and certified to assist persons with disabilities while such dogs are acting in such capacity.
The City of Decorah Yard Waste Disposal/Compost Site will open up for the season on April 13, 2013

It is the responsibility of all adjoining property owners to keep boulevard trees trimmed 8' above sidewalks and 14' above streets.
