Pet Owners
It is the responsibility of all persons who walk a dog or cat on public and/or private property to provide for the disposal of the solid waste material excreted by said dog by immediate removal of the waste except when the dog or cat is on the owner or keeper's property and except for dogs properly trained and certified to assist persons with disabilities while such dogs are acting in such capacity.
Boulevard Trees
It is the responsibility of all adjoining property owners to keep boulevard trees trimmed 8' above sidewalks and 14' above streets.
Yard Waste
Disposal Site
The Yard Waste Disposal Site will open for the season Wednesday, April 8, 2009. See "Street Department" for further information

Outdoor Warning System
In the case of imminent potentially damaging weather the outdoor weather sirens are activated. The warning signal is a solid blast of three to five minutes. Individuals should seek shelter, moving to a place of safety. An all-clear signal of three short blasts is sounded when the severe weather has passed.
