Mayor, Lorraine Borowski signs a proclamation for Arbor Day

Today, Friday, April 29 around the world we celebrate Arbor Day.  Mayor Lorraine Borowski signed a Proclamation and urges all citizens to celebrate today by planting a tree and support efforts to protect our trees and woodlands.
